10am – 12noon American Cookery demonstration and presentation with Mark Salter, followed by a glass of Prosecco and three course lunch with a question and answer session with Mark.

Mark Salter, celebrity Master Chef was most recently at the world famous Inn at Perry Cabin in St Michaels Maryland on America's Eastern Shore for fifteen years. Respected and accomplished, Mark appears regularly on television and is in growing demand across the world for his cookery demonstrations. Mark is now our Chef Partner at The Robert Morris Inn in Oxford, Maryland. Today he will be giving demonstrations on his Red and Yellow Beet Salad with baked Crottin De Chavignol with Quail Egg, Crab Cake on sauteed Courgettes with French Tarragon and White Wine Butter Sauce and Gratin of Fruits with an Elderfower Sabayon and crushed Meringue. Mark is a consummate professional chef both entertaining and informative. A sell out every year. There will be a wee competition at the end with a gift pack of his own Dressings as a prize.
