An American Evening with Mark Salter

Friday 13th January

Wines of the USA presented by Trevor Hughes of T&W Wines with special guest, celebrity Chef Mark Salter, our Chef Partner at the famous Robert Morris Inn, Oxford, Maryland. This will be our fifth year hosting this event. Mark Salter has won much critical acclaim on both sides of the Atlantic for his progressive cooking and his American influenced menu will be well matched with quality selections from the cellars of the charismatic Trevor Hughes. Both have an association with the hotels owners spanning more than twenty years. A great night is always assured!

The evening starts from 7pm with wine and canapes followed by dinner at 7.30pm
