Any customers or guests of customers must advise the Hotel of any allergies, prior to arrival at the Hotel. It is only by this means that we can complete the necissary checks to ensure that suitable options are available on arrival. Where ever possible we use organic British produce and do not use genetically modified ingredients.

We work closely with local and Scottish suppliers to ensure we have the finest available produce year round. We have valued relationships with Campbell Brothers, Campbells Fine Meats, Grahams Dairy, Lymkilns Cheeses, Strathspey Mushrooms amongst others.

Crowdie - a soft fresh cheese, several versions. Originally made using milk left after the cream had separated naturally.
Isle of Mull Truckle Cheddar -considered by many as the daddy of Scottish cheddars.  Strong, fruity and brooding, Isle of Mull cheddar is made from unpasteurised cow’s milk on Sgriob-Ruadh farm on the tranquil Isle of Mull in the Inner Hebrides.
Morangie Brie - Morangie Brie has the soft, melting texture expected of Brie with a subtle flavour, made by Ruaridh Stone at Highland Fine Cheeses in Tain.
Arran Mustard Cheddar - A classic combination of traditional Scottish medium mature Cheddar Cheese coupled with the piquancy of locally produced Arran Wholegrain Mustard.
Dunsyre Blue - unpasteurised, vegetarian, blue cheese made from cow's milk. The moist, white rind has a variety of moulds. The cheese is wrapped in foil. When aged, the smooth, creamy-coloured interior is penetrated by chunky streaks of blue-green mould that impart a spicy flavour. Dunsyre Blue ripens in six to 12 weeks. The producer is Humprey Errington.
