Christmas on The Lake 2008

The perfect waterfront setting for a traditional Christmas. Roaring open fire in our bar and fresh winter day walks - all the ingredients for a truly relaxing and memorable Christmas. The only surprises will be those arriving at your dinner table, superb dishes prepared by our talented team using only the finest seasonal produce.


Our rates are £300 per person sharing a room for three nights, arriving on Christmas Eve.

Christmas Parties
Groups of 16 to 40 people from £98.00 per person, inclusive of Accommodation, 3 Course Christmas Dinner, Ceilidh Band and Coach Transfer from a single pick up point. 

Christmas Eve - Wednesday 24th December
Arrive in time for afternoon tea served in the Lounge from 3pm. A candlelit gourmet four course dinner is served in our dining room. Guests attending Midnight Service will be welcomed back to mince pies and hot chocolate.

Christmas Day - Thursday 25th Decernber
Breakfast will be available from 8:00am. 
From 12.00pm our Traditional Christmas Lunch is served in the dining Room, a grand affair prepared by our Scottish Master Chef and his brigade. The afternoon can be spent at leisure, taking advantage of the numerous cosy nooks and crannies around our great Hotel or on local excursions. A sumptuous buffet will be available in the lounge from 7pm.

Boxing Day -  Friday 26th December
A hearty Breakfast will be available from 8:00am. A good day for excursions and shopping trips. Glasgow and Edinburgh are both within reasonable driving distance and there are plenty of options for walking, locally. dinner can be taken in the Port Bar or Restaurant, from 6pm. departure is after Breakfast on the 27th December.
